valentines for the ladies

Valentines 2008.  We decided to make it a singles girls event.  So to make my ladies feel special, I made them heart shaped boxes filled with chocolate to make their day a little special.  

I made 9 boxes, each different print (mix & match prints on the outside & inside) complementing their personality or favorite color.  Due to time constraints, I only had time to put the first letter of their name on the lid of the box.  I was REALLY crunched for time & didn't get a chance to take a picture of the group of completed boxes.

The boxes were made from cardboard, felt (to make the boxes "cushy"), & old fabrics & t-shirts.
